RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Normal priced items are exchangeable within 7 days from your invoice date.
Exchange items / merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability. Return item must be in the original packing/box.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the store does not have any more stock, you may wait until they are able to source additional stock of the desired product or visit another nearby store.
Exchanges may apply for the same product of a different colour or for different products that serve the same function at the same price.
Exchanges are only applicable to same item purchased; no value top-up will be allowed for exchanging others value.
We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted.
All Sales and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please make sure it is packed properly and securely to avoid any damages. All goods will be inspected on return. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange. We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after 7 days of the invoice date. Moreover, we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return & exchange policy. You are required to pay the shipping cost for all returns.
How do I submit an exchange request?
Kindly email your request to info@quinx.xyz with the product details, supporting documents (invoice, order confirmation, and etc.), state clearly the reason of exchange. Our customer service will attend to your request and provide further guidance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be canceled/ if the item has not been prepared and not shipped out. A RM5 processing fee will be imposed for all cancellations due to change in decision.
REFUND POLICY
Refund is only applicable if product exchange is unavailable/ out of stock/ discontinued.
If you are entitled to a refund, please expect at least 14 days for the refund to be processed.
