Instructions:
– Heat up soldering iron to 210°C or lowest possible temperature.
– Slowly push threaded inserts into 3D printed parts with the soldering iron tip, until threaded insert is flushed with the surface.
RM0.50 – RM0.70
Heat inserts with a soldering tip so that they melt the plastic when installed. As the plastic cools, it solidifies around the knurls and ridges on the insert for excellent resistance to both torque and pull-out.
