Improper storage of filament would result in bad print quality, stringing, bad adhesion, brittle filament, etc..
Store your filament with silica gel / desiccant in a sealed box, or resealable bag to prevent them from getting “wet”.

– Silica Gel Desiccant color changes from orange to green when saturating.
– Desiccant can adsorb moisture up to 40% of its own weight.
– The silica gel is orange and turns green when it absorbs moisture. The gel can be heated in an oven at 100-120 deg C until the color returns to the silica beads, to refresh the gel for reuse. The gel will turn blue again when it is ready.
